Win 1 Year of Pest Control Service from Dave Pest Service Co

Eligibility:

• The "Year of FREE Pest Control Service" Contest (the "Contest") is open to legal residents of Southwest Florida including only – Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Hendry & Glades County], who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. 
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of [Dave Pest Service Company] and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:

• The Contest begins on October 1, 2023 and ends on November 30 at 11:59pm (the "Contest Period").
• Participants can only enter by completing our online contest form.
• Each participant may submit only one entry.
• Entries must be complete, accurate, and submitted during the Contest Period to be eligible.

Prize:

• Five (5) Grand Prize Winners will receive one year (12 months) of free quarterly pest control service from Dave Pest Service Company.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
• The Grand Prize Winner must agree to a contract outlining the terms and conditions of the free pest control service. Residential Service Only. Indoor/Garage and Outdoor service for basic pest control. Does not include bed bugs, rodent control or severe over-infestations. 

Winner Selection:

• The Grand Prize Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• The winner will be notified via Email within 5 business days of the Contest's end.
• The Grand Prize Winner must respond within 3 days of being notified, and schedule service within 30 days of the initial notification. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

Release and Waiver:

• By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Dave Pest Control Service and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
• Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 3 Business days of notification.

Publicity:

• By participating, participants grant Dave Pest Control Service the right to use their names, likenesses, and entries for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation.

General Conditions:

• Dave Pest Control Service reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time for any reason.
• Dave Pest Control Service is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may affect entry or prize redemption.
• Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Privacy:

• Personal information collected during the Contest will be used for the purposes of administering the Contest and notifying winners.
• By entering, participants agree to Dave Pest Control Service's privacy policy.
